Our Apiary
Urban apiary tours-Honey tasting & Beekeeping near Athens
Characteristic elements of Greek beekeeping are nomadicity due to the biodiversity and long-lasting flowering (long season) imposed by the country’s excellent climate. However, we maintain a static bee farm in the wider area of Athens, where we intend to welcome you.
Our apiary is located in Pallini, beside an olive grove, between vineyards.
How could it be different? Attica has been famous since ancient times for the wine, the olive oil, and the honey that it produces. In Greek mythology, all three are divine, connected with the gods…
Poised on the classic Marathon route at the foothills of Penteli Mountain, only 15 km from the city center or 17 km away from Athens International Airport.
Easily accessible by public transport. Take the metro line 3 to Pallini station. Then bus no 314 or 319 or a taxi will get you to the very door of our beeyard in less than 5 min.
