Our new experience is based on a backbone of honey tasting*, accompanied by sparkling wine* and spirit* and equivalent treats (food pairing) offered in each stage.

The experience is guided by a professional honey sommelier and a wine-olive oil expert and is offered for a minimum of 4 pax from the age of 18 years.

A bottle of sparkling wine or champagne is offered according to what the group wishes to taste.

We prepare a traditional honey based spirit with spices, to accompany the dessert.
