1. Returns of Physical Products

– Any sealed product that has been opened or whose protective seal has been broken after delivery.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a description of the issue together with clear photographs.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Experience & Activity Bookings

Bookings for experiences, tours, workshops, tastings, or other activities are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation is made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled starting time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

If an activity is cancelled by our company due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, customers may choose between a full refund or rescheduling their booking to another available date.
